At Rock & Chick, we carefully select and package every crystal, mineral, and sacred tool with love and intention. We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at info@rockandchick.ca. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Exclusions:
Bracelets and jewellery cannot be returned.
We pack every order with intention and care. If something isn't right, we'll do our bets to make it right.
